３月２９日のPM８時〜９時にかけて電気を消そうというグローバルキャンペーンの一環で行われたWWF Earth Hour 2008 の広告です。
コピーは
“Lights off, Switzerland. On March 29 at 8 pm, make a difference and
help change the world.”
Earth Hour の「Hour 」とはこういう意味だったんですね。
街灯に電気スイッチのステッカーが張られたようです。
