○○に毛糸の帽子をかぶせる省エネキャンペーン
省エネルギーのための住宅の改修をアピールするためにBMVBS（ドイツ連邦交通建設省）が行ったキャンペーン活動の一環です。

これはCGではなく実際に縄で作られた毛糸風の帽子を実際にかぶせているようです（参考サイト）。

かわいいですね。
